2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100: Free shipping
- Orders under $100: $60 shipping charge
The $60 shipping charge on orders under $100 reflects the actual cost of freight and handling for large outdoor kitchen equipment and appliances. All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees from us. Applicable taxes may still apply at checkout when required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is typically 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes order handling and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If an item needs extra time, the product page will show a note. That note will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or similar services based on destination, package size, and product type.
Shipment tracking
Most shipments include tracking. When available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships.
Insurance
Some shipments may be insured against loss or damage depending on the carrier and shipment type. Contact us if there is an issue and we will assist based on the carrier's process.

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or lost packages
If your delivery exceeds the stated timeframe, email us at support@theoutdoorkitchenexperts.com or call 1-833-918-9600. We will help investigate with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received
- Confirm your shipping address on the order confirmation
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for delivery notices and check around your property
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace when applicable
Damaged packages
- Photograph the outer packaging and the item(s)
- Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, at support@theoutdoorkitchenexperts.com
We will review and arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.

- Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
If a package returns to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply.
